Pokemon White Leavanny or Lilligant or Simisage or Whimsicott?

I would say Simisage.It is very strong and speedy,plus,it can counter all the weaknesses with the right moves.Another reason I say him/her is because if you train him to Lv.100,it could take out big chunks of you opponent's hp easily.But,Whimiscott is not a bad idea either.So if you like great speed only,Whimiscott,but if you like power,defense,Sp.defense and good speed,go with Simisage.
