Between US and China, in which country is easier to become a beggar, i think it's USA?

Depends on the culture. People who are ambitious and have high intelligence will become wealthy no matter why country they live, social welfare and government healthcare is irrelevant. Look at the Jewish community in US, they are immensely successful and they were all poor immigrants, what welfare they could get made little difference to where they are today.
